1. The “Birthday Mystery Boxes” promotion runs from April 28 through May 11, 2026, and is conducted by Changelly.
2. During the promotion, users can open Mystery Boxes in the Changelly mobile app. Each box contains one of four outcomes:
Prize: You win. Check the card for claim details.
Extra move: Another chance to play.
Empty cell: Nothing here, keep going.
Loss: Game over for now.
New attempts are earned by completing crypto-to-crypto or fiat-to-crypto exchanges in the app, with no min amount.

Winners will be contacted by email through May 15th, 2026. If you win, wait for an official email. USDT rewards will be credited per the schedule above. Changelly reserves the right to replace any prize with an item or credit of equal or greater value if necessary.
VIP status grants priority support and 0% service fees for 30 days. It will be applied within 7 business days, with confirmation sent by email. To extend it automatically, make any crypto-to-crypto transaction while your VIP status is still active.
4. Only one account is allowed per device. Multiple registrations or suspicious activity (bot use, multi-accounting, trade manipulation) may lead to disqualification.
5. Changelly reserves the right to exclude any participant engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
6. Changelly may modify, suspend, cancel, or extend the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
