zkSync Era, the future-proof zkEVM is expanding its functionality era by collaborating with various arena firms. The most recent addition to the list is the Web3 gaming zone. Latest partners are Xsolla, a global gaming commerce company, and WEMADE, a popular game developer and publisher.

Interlinks between the gaming world and blockchain technology are becoming more common. Web3 gaming and the pivotal role of NFT, Metaverse are all the talk of the town. Proof for the above statement is the integration of Polygon zkEVM and Immutable X for “Immutable zkEVM”.
zkSync in Web3 Gaming
Matter Labs, the development unit behind zkSync, is scaling and making Ethereum accessible by increasing self-sovereignty to a larger extent.
Alex Gluchowski, Co-Founder and CEO, Matter Labs, states:

As mentioned earlier, the Xsolla partnership will allow “revenue-sharing smart contracts” in zkSync. Alongside, WEMADE’s WEMIX Play will be functioning over the zkSync Era’s Hyperchains. Both of these will have a one-of-a-kind impact in their respective fields.
